- Enrollment is subject to approval by MIC.
- Enrollment cannot be transferred without permission from MIC.
- You have six months to complete this self-study program, beginning on the initial date you are enrolled (credits are awarded on the business day MIC receives your passing Answer Sheet).
- Satisfaction Guarantee: If within 30 days of your initial enrollment, you are not satisfied with this program, return the program to us in its original, unused condition and we will refund your tuition minus a $35 processing fee. Refunds are issued to the original payer. Optional shipping charges are not refundable.
- Registrant acknowledges that MIC may withhold processing of Post-Test Answer Sheets until payment in full has been received.
- A $25.00 fee will be charged for bounced/returned checks.
Return Policy
If within 30 days from the date your order is shipped, you are not satisfied with this package, please follow the steps below.
- Specify reason for return.
- Return this Packing Slip along with the course material in its original, unused condition to:MIC – Return Dept.1037 US Hwy 46,Ste G2Clifton, NJ 07013
- Send returns insured, using a commercial carrier (e.g. Fed Ex, UPS, USPS). Save shipping receipts for proof of return shipment. Registrant is responsible for return shipping costs. CODs will not be accepted.
All returns are subject to approval by MIC. Upon approval, a refund will be issued to the original payer for the tuition only minus a $35 processing fee. Optional shipping charges are non-refundable.

- USPS shipping must be used for PO Boxes and US Territories ONLY. All others products ship UPS.
- UPS Ground at no extra charge.
- UPS 2-day is $20 per program.
- USPS is for PO boxes only, and is $20 per program.
